Umuzi is easily approached by car from either the R34 (John Ross Highway) or the M231
From the R34
- From the N2 Highway, take the R34 (John Ross Highway) to Richards Bay.
- Follow the R34 to Meerensee.
- The R34 curves left into Anglers Road.
- Keep goin through a set of traffic lights and a 4-way stop.
- Turn left into Krewelkring Street, take the first right into Mussle Cracker.
- Umuzi is number 17 on your left.

From the M231
- From the N2 Highway, take the M231 to Richards Bay.
- Follow the M231 until you reach the R34 (John Ross Highway)
- Turn left onto the R34 (John Ross Highway) to Meerensee.
- Follow the directions above.
